TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Tufikee platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. TICKET PURCHASES

All ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser. Tufikee acts as a marketplace connecting event organisers and attendees. Ticket prices are set by event organisers and may include service fees. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase tickets, or have parental consent.

3. TICKET RESALE

Tickets may be resold through the Tufikee platform at the original purchase price or below. Scalping or resale above face value is prohibited and may result in ticket cancellation. All resale transactions are subject to a processing fee.

4. USER ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and promptly update any changes. Tufikee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

If an event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund within 14 business days. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date; you may request a refund if you cannot attend. Refunds for personal reasons are at the organiser's discretion.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Tufikee is not liable for event quality, safety, or any incidents at venues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant ticket. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi.
